The picture was taken at around 4 am in the early morning in a cloudy while the sunlight appears a little and interact with the neon. Still the peace could be seen regardless of the bright streetlight.Focusing on the sky, there is a strong feeling of oppressing from top to down. When I took this photo, i was walking along the harbour, the elegance of the down did not give me any pleasure yet on the contrary, it is easy to make every townsmen a bit depress under this weather.
